This SM&CR survey was conducted during the fourth quarter of 2020. It was addressed to Senior Managers, Compliance and HR Executives having responsibilities relating to SM&CR at their firms. The objective of the survey was to collect data about the SM&CR arrangements adopted by firms. It provided participants with the opportunity to benchmark their SM&CR responses against those of peers within their sector as well as others who may have had a different length of experience under SM&CR.
